This machine is used to cooled bottles that are Hot Filled. The machine is divided into three zone with different temperature to gradually cool down the juice to the  required temperature. Bottles are moved slowly using conveyor into the Spraying Zone which would then be spray with different water of different temperature to cool down the juices. It can  be also apply for both cooling down and warming up of juices as well.
